I created this purification kit by choosing the crystals that in my opinion are essential for lovers of crystal therapy, you can choose the stone you need according to your needs and take it with you in the 100% natural cotton bag that you find in the kit, while if you need more stones, I thought a bracelet with three 4mm pearls in amethyst, rose quartz and rock crystal, handmade in hypoallergenic stainless steel, might be useful.
In the kit you will find a smudge of white sage and a stick of palo santo from 100% ethical cultivations, and there is also a small ampoule containing Tibetan incense resin in grains.

Palo Santo:
it was used during shamanic ceremonies to ward off evil spirits, alter the state of consciousness and travel through dimensions.
It is mainly used to clean environments of negative energies, chase away the evil eye, for the purification of crystals and is also very useful during meditation or crystal therapy sessions because it accompanies us in a state of relaxation and mental well-being.
Palo Santo helps restore inner balance, which is why it is also called the "Scent of the Soul".
White Sage:
In the shamanic tradition, White Sage is used to purify environments from negative energies but was also used to purify the person's soul through ancient rituals.
To send the smoke towards the person, a fan or a feather is generally used, while to purify an environment it is sometimes used to give small ones on the walls to bring out the stagnant energies through vibration.
To make the best use of your smudge, once lit, turn it off, trying not to let it char, in this way the sage smoke will be more fragrant and balsamic.
